Just when you though Michelob was only about to release its Big Game ad for Michelob Ultra starring Jimmy Fallon and John Cena, the brand has also released another ad for Michelob Ultra Pure Gold and it’s part of the brand’s campaign to support organic farming.
Michelob Ultra Pure Gold’s Super Bowl 2020 ad shows how Americans can help increase organic farmland by purchasing a 6-Pack of Pure Gold. With every purchase of a 6-Pack, the brand is pledging to transform six square feet of farmland into organic.
The Anheuser-Busch-owned brand said Michelob Ultra Pure Gold is the very first beer in the U.S. to be USDA-certified organic.
In the Super Bowl ad for Michelob Ultra Pure Gold, the brand explains how Americans can help contribute in this cause. The ad will run for 60 seconds and you can watch it right here ahead of its Super Bowl debut:
“There’s an imbalance between consumer preference for organic products and the amount of organic farmland we currently have in the U.S. to support this need… The future of organic beer relies on more farmers converting to organic; we feel a responsibility to help provide choice and support to those who want to transition, so that together we can help farmers sustain and grow their business and provide consumers the products they want,” Michelob Ultra’s Vice President of Marketing Azania Andrews said in a statement.
The 2020 Super Bowl, or Super Bowl LIV, will be taking place on Sunday, February 2 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
