Automation and equipment company Duravant to acquire WECO


February 11, 2020, Downers Grove, IL & Woodland, CA – Engineered equipment leader Duravant LLC has signed an agreement to acquire Woodside Electronics Corporation (WECO), a manufacturer of optical colour and defect sorting equipment.

The acquisition of WECO, along with Key Technology which is already a member of the Duravant family of operating companies, will significantly extend Duravant’s reach across automated food processing and inspection categories with new complementary products, technologies and applications.
