Planet Oat at the Winter Fancy Food Show

HP Hood’s Planet Oat brand is adding an ice cream alternative line to its portfolio of oat-based products. They sampled for the first time at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco last week.

The Planet Oat team worked on the new product for about a year, and chose ice cream as its first expansion to further oat-based options at the grocery store.
