SEA-based esports and gaming agency Mineski Global announced a partnership with Chinese esports platform VPGAME. The collaboration will promote and nurture the esports scene in the region, with both organizations sharing resources to put a multi-stage plan into action.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
VPGAME will provide esports marketing data and a platform for Mineski Global to advertise its regional events. The partnership will also see joint tournaments being hosted with both companies lending their expertise in the relevant sectors. Mineski Global will be in charge of event organizing and local marketing, while VPGAME will handle community activations and reward distribution.
Through these tournaments, VPGAME will also look to improve its quality of service via feedback collected from their esports app. An official announcement noted that the vision behind the collaboration will be to “increase the quality of esports events in the region while nurturing the competitive gaming scene from grassroots to the professional level.”
