Kryon, a provider of robotic process automation, process discovery and artificial intelligence solutions, has helped a major long-term care third-party administrator streamline its billing applications.
The collaboration with Long-Term Care Group improved insurance applications, billing and administration and claims processing using the Kryon Automation Suite, the companies said.
The project used the Process Discovery tool along with unattended RPA capabilities, unearthing 83 unique processes ideal for automation.
Kryon is best known for its customer-centric approach and unique technological advances including its Full-Cycle Automation suite and Process Discovery product. Process Discovery is a cutting-edge tool that provides full visibility into all business processes and rapidly generates customized end-to-end automation workflows, reducing the time it takes to implement RPA by up to 80%.

LTCG’s utilization with RPA is expected to double within the next year with great growth potential in things like cognitive services and departmental expansion. “The next milestone on our automation journey is to proliferate our RPA footprint and make it possible for a larger audience and all departments to identify key business processes and automate them,” Kruse added.
