Lidl is about to start selling a robot floor cleaner for well under £100.
The Vileda VR One Cleaning Robot is launching in store on Thursday, costing just £79.99 - 33% off the RRP and hundreds less than big brand alternatives from the likes of Roomba and Dyson.
Lidl’s version has two cleaning programs and is capable of removing dust and hair from hard floors and short pile carpets.
The cleaning robot is also fitted with an intelligent navigation system to let it dodge obstacles in its way, and keep it safe from bumping into furniture or stairs.
“With the ability to effortlessly clean into corners, edges and under furniture, this vacuum robot is the ultimate time saving gadget,” Lidl said.
The robo-vac comes with a charger included in the box and an easy-to-empty the dust container.
One charge will see the robo keep going for a full 80 minutes, which should be enough to clean most homes.
But you might need to put a little effort in at first to make sure you get one.
“The Vileda Cleaning Robot launches in-store on 30 January, meaning that shoppers will have to be quick if they want to clean up this great offer,” Lidl said.
