Ranieri & Co’s Nick Randall joins partnership automation company, Impact

Co-founder of podcasting company Ranieri & Co, Nick Randall, has joined partnership automation business Impact as director of customer success and operations across the Asia Pacific region.

He co-founded the podcasting business a year ago with former Tribe colleague Rob Ranieri, after departing as chief revenue officer of Jules Lund’s influencer platform, Tribe, and will remain chair of the business. Randall has also been commercial director at Whooshka, and national sales director at what was then Fairfax Media.

The new role will see him lead all customer engagement, growth and development initiatives for agencies and brands, and join the company’s regional leadership team.

“Nick joins Impact with a blue-chip media and marketing resume and is the ideal person to assume leadership of our customer success and operations team and ensure we continue to offer a delightful customer experience,” said the business’ APAC managing director, Adam Furness.

“He has extensive experience working within rapidly scaling organisations and will be an integral member of our leadership team.”

The hire will support growth across Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and China, according to Impact.

“I’m looking forward to taking Impact’s customer success and operations function to the next level across APAC as the business continues upon its dynamic growth trajectory,” Randall said.

“As a pioneer in partnership automation technology, Impact is writing the book on how to successfully accelerate revenue growth through the partnership channel and it’s a great opportunity to help truly innovate and deliver world-class support to our customers.”

Matt Hunter

In addition to Randall’s appointment, Impact has promoted Matt Hunter from head of operations and customer success to director of customer service. Hunter has been with the company for nine years, and will now oversee the technical parts of customer support and report into the global engineering team.

Recently, Impact added Best & Less, Decathlon, Dollar Shave Club and Westpac to its APAC client roster.

Ranieri & Co, meanwhile, recently nabbed Tribe’s Sammy Major as director of commercial and partnerships.
