Dive Esports Partners With Twitter to Promote Samsung Morning Stars and Tempra Esports

Italian esports media company Dive Esports has partnered with Twitter to “promote and monetize premium content” hosted on the official Twitter channels of its teams, the Samsung Morning Stars and Tempra Esports. The partnership is part of Twitter’s Amplify Program, which helps advertisers connect with sports and entertainment content that is “brand-safe.”

This month, Tempra Esports will launch a “Twitter Live activity Q&A” with players, staff, and guests, answering questions from the community regarding their matches, giving tips, and generally interacting with its audience. Dive did not disclose what activities Samsung Morning Stars will take part in on Twitter.

Tempra Esports is an Italian esports organization that focuses on Rainbow Six Siege. Owned by Samsung, Samsung Morning Stars is also an Italian esports organization that fields teams in a number of games including Rainbow Six Siege, League of Legends, Fortnite, Overwatch, Apex Legends, and Hearthstone. Both are managed by Dive Esports.

Twitter’s Amplify Publisher Program allows content creators to monetize video content on Twitter and connect with advertisers, though it must meet certain guidelines to qualify: it can not promote sexual content, graphic violence, illegal products and services, or hateful, abusive, and sensitive content.
