Apple issues first iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, watchOS 7.2, tvOS 14.3 betas to developers

Apple on Thursday issued the first beta versions of iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, watchOS 7.2 and tvOS 14.3 to developers for testing.

The updates arrive on week after iOS 14.2, iPadOS 14.2, watchOS 7.1 and tvOS 14.2 were pushed out to users, delivering new features including additional emoji selections and a Shazam toggle in Control Center.

It is not clear what Apple has included in the way of new features, but promised iPhone functionality like the new ProRAW image format has yet to see release. ProRAW, announced during Apple’s iPhone 12 event in October, enables photographers enhanced post-processing flexibility by combining RAW with iPhone’s computational photography features.

Today’s builds can be downloaded via the Apple Developer Center for those enrolled into the test program, or via an over-the-air update on devices running the beta software. Public betas typically arrive a short time after the developer versions, via the Apple Beta Software Program website.
